 History
Nayi Disha has duly been registered by the Registrar Societies on 9th August, 2011 (Registration No. 268).
Nayi Disha is a charitable social welfare organization established in the year 2010 by some volunteers who are connected with the field of education and who have a feeling and wish to help the people in the neglected and below poverty line segment to come out of their conditions and circumstances and improve their life. We believe that Education is the only tool which can uplift the condition of the people living in extreme poverty conditions. Our mission is to provide effective and rich learning along with skill building opportunities to those poor underprivileged children who otherwise would remain deprived of education due to their socio-economic and family conditions.
Nayi Disha started functioning on 1st January, 2011 with the combined efforts and help of about 25 volunteers and the blessings of God. Our aim is to change the society at the basic level so that it is a pleasure to live in the society and enjoy the life
Vision
Nayi Disha will be able to help the society and bring a change which will help in improving the thinking and standard of living of the people of the society.
Mission
- To promote cultural, social and educational activities.
- To undertake other educational programs to ensure integrated development of the students.
- To provide guidance to the students and general public regarding personal hygiene, moral values and ethics, traffic rules, their social duties and rights etc.
- To provide counseling to the people who are addicted to drugs and wine.
- To identify talented students and help them in their studies or their talent.
- To collect funds from individual donors, other organizations and financial institutions to provide help to the poor people to fulfill their basic needs regarding shelter, food and clothes.
- To organize discourses, sermons and lectures from learned people in the fields of spirituality, general knowledge, religion etc.
